The Iconostasis is a mysterious gate, a window opening to heaven, through which we can see and enter the sanctuary, the heavenly world, the light of the resurrection.<br><br>The images, the angelic greeting, the Spirit descending at baptism, the three divine guests, the table of the Last Supper, the Christ with the crown of thorns, the woman clothed in the sun, are all windows opening into heaven, each a part of the eternal mystery. At the centre is the Pentecostal soul. Through it, the story continues today. Christ said, &#8222;I came to kindle a fire on earth.
