The creation stories of the universe evoke mystical phenomena and miracles. In European culture, the earliest coherent account of human history is known from the first books of the Bible. From here, the rhythm of our lives\u2014the seven-day week\u2014and the moral foundation of the Ten Commandments originated. The content of the books of Moses has exerted its influence on the development, laws, and way of life of Jewish and Christian societies for millennia. Based on its universal values, it is in organic connection with numerous scientific, cultural, and religious worldviews that have developed to this day.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cOrigins\u201d contemporary art collection reinterprets the history of human origins, offering the adaptation of stories and teachings found in the books of Moses to the people of the 21st century. The works of Hungarian contemporary artists offer a captivating visual and deeply emotional impact that goes beyond the textual knowledge. This is where the works of absorbing all-black creations, the series of miracles more improbable than probable, the pregnant women heralding the survival of humanity, and the modern illustrations of universal order and the noblest sacrifice appear. The collection brings forth the confessional words of the wonderful Hungarian poet, J\u00e1nos Pilinszky: \u201cGreat truths are indistinct, boundless, and only warm us in the humility of contemplation. So let us warm ourselves!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mission of the \u201cOrigins\u201d collection is to reach everywhere it is received with an open heart. It aims to proclaim and present to our eyes and hearts the ancient knowledge and emotional content of universal culture that is ingrained within us. We, the married couple who own the collection, designed, realized, and manage it for the glory of God, alongside our previously established Bible21 collection.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
